空泡变性
vacuolar degeneration

细胞内水分增多胞体肿大,胞浆比较清亮,呈空泡状。其发生部位及病因与混浊肿胀大致相同,两者常同时出现,形态上也无明显界限。一般认为空泡变性是混浊肿胀进一步发展的结果,即由于能量代谢进一步下降,细胞内钠和水的潴留增多所致。此时,除胞浆水分增多和线粒体肿胀外,内质网也解体、断裂和形成囊泡。
