性质:又称颗粒偏析。松散状物料中的粗细颗粒发生分离而各自聚集的现象。在运输、卸料和堆放等过程中,由于松散状物料中不同颗粒之间的密度、比表面积和表面光滑度等的差别,当物料卸入料仓时,粗细颗粒就开始分层,细粉集中在卸料口的中央,粗粒则滚到周边。从而造成偏析现象。由于颗粒偏析,破坏了泥料的混合均匀性,并影响成形操作和坯体、制品的结构,降低了耐火制品的质量。为了减少粒度偏析现象,可采用按粒度分级贮存,多料仓配料,保持料仓内物料在2/3容积以上,增加注料口,以减少加料时料仓内的分层现象。
