Methods:Sixty cases were divided into two groups at random,besides the routine treatment, the patients in observation group(30 cases)was treated with Cefotaxime-Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium by switch therapy and the control group(30cases)was treated with cefotaxime in the form of intravenous, taking 7~10 days as a course.
