| 易货 barter 进出口双方利用产品直接进行交换的贸易方式 。包括根据两国（或地区）之间的易货协定、民间贸易团体达成的易货协议以及进出口厂商间易货合同所进行的贸易。 易货贸易的特点是，进出口直接结合，双方有进有出，进出口基本平衡；换货的品种相当，总金额相等，不需要外汇支付，但仍要通过货币计价，如有少量差额，也可用双方同意的货币结算。 易货贸易可以带动滞销商品的出口，有利于扩大进出口贸易，保持贸易平衡，克服由于外汇支付上的困难所造成的贸易障碍；但由于交换货物不易对路，金额难以相当，交易过程复杂，费时费事，有很大的局限性。在现代贸易中不占重要地位。 |
