The initial solidification phenomena of low carbon steel,which solidifies with a hypoperitectic reaction in the continuous casting,have been modeled.
为了模拟连铸过程中具有亚包晶反应的低碳钢的初期凝固现象,利用浸渍实验,测量了铸坯的二次树枝晶间距;利用有限元的一维传热汁算,求得冷却速度与二次树枝晶间距的关系式;探讨了传热阻力等参数对铸坯的冷却速度、凝固不均一度的影响。

The temperature fields and stress fields of initial solidification shell in the mould of smooth and groove were calculated,the difference between the tWo condition was analyzed and effect to dritial solidiflcation process caused by model of grooves was stUdied .
以初期凝固坯壳为研究对象，在结晶器内壁纵向划分沟槽，建立数学模型，计算划分沟槽与不划分沟槽结晶器内铸坯的温度场和应力场，研究沟槽内壁结晶器对铸坯初期凝固过程的影响。
