影像学术语。数字成像方式中，由病人参与实施的操作结束后，由计算机对获取的影像进行的完善与信息提取处理。后处理是常规X线检查不具备的功能。后处理通常是在临床检查结束后回顾进行的，比如：CT扫描中图像的放大、CT值测量、径线测量、调窗、多轴位重建、动态扫描的时间-密度曲线显示，DSA检查中的再配准、像素移动、标记、空间滤过、积分蒙片减影、匹配滤过、递推滤过、混合减影，MRI中的动态三维重建、伪影消除技术等。后处理是计算机的功能，因此，随计算机软件技术的开发，后处理功能当有很大的开发余地。数字成像方式中的很多原理是相同或类似的，因此很多后处理功能也是多种设备共有的。
