相干散射
物理学术语。射线与物质原子的作用过程。光子具有波动性，可发生衍射、干涉。发生干涉的散射过程，称为相干散射。相干散射是X线与物质相互作用中唯一不产生电离的过程。整个诊断用X线的能量范围内均有相干散射产生，但产生机率只占整个相互作用机率的5%以下。相干散射对辐射屏蔽的影响不大，但在总的线性衰减系数的计算中应予考虑。
