Life Test for Electromagnetic Relay by User

Using different historical testing data of electromagnetic relay and prior information of engineering experience,sampling schemes of failure rate grade initially identifying,upgrade identifying and remaining identifying were given respectively,which reduced the testing workload successfully.

The magnetic circuit calculation method of attraction force characteristic is presented on the basis of an aerospace electromagnetic relay s magnetic system structure,and the magnetic reluctance expression of working gap is deduced by analytical method.

Judging by the problem of magnetic field control system of the press for permanent ferrite magnets by wet-press,we choice the signal of critical magnetic field strength from reed relay as the control signal and design the auto-stop system of the press under lower magnetic field strength to avoid the occurrence of non-acceptable products caused by magnetic field failure.
