| 全琫准（1853～1895） Chon Bon-dzhun 朝鲜近代农民起义领袖。字明淑，号海梦。全罗道高敞郡人。1874年加入民间秘密结社东学教，后任古阜、泰仁地区接主。1892年起，率领农民反对古阜郡守强征水税。1894年2月，发动古阜农民起义，占领古阜邑。初步达到目的后解散队伍。5月再次发动起义。他发布的《白山檄文》，提出“辅国安民,斥倭斥洋,尽灭权贵”的口号。队伍迅速扩大，被推为总大将。6月1日占领全州，声威大振。此后与政府签订《全州和议》，退出全州，同时领导农民成立政权机构执纲所。中日甲午战争后，日军与官军配合进攻起义军，全琫准再次起兵，11月率军10万北上，但在公州之役中失利。此后，仍转战全州、泰仁等地，并辗转至淳昌坚持斗争。12月28日，由叛徒出卖被捕，次年4月23日被杀。 |
