性质:研究以激光光源所产生的拉曼光谱,并探求其应用的学科。普通光源产生的拉曼散射光谱极弱;激光具有极好的单色性和方向性,是研究拉曼光谱的理想光源。其特点是:拉曼谱线简单,易于解释;灵敏度高,取样量少,约1μL或0.5μg;为偏振光,测量偏振度比较容易。它与红外光谱配合,可以完整地研究分子的振动和转动能级,阐明有机化合物的分子结构。
