| 电磁流量计 electromagnetic flowmeter 应用电磁感应原理，根据导电流体通过外加磁场时感生的电动势来测量导电流体流量的一种仪器。按外加磁场的类型，电磁流量计主要分直流式和感应式两种。在直流式电磁流量计中，磁场与流速垂直。流量不大时，磁场由永久磁铁产生，磁铁材料一般是铝-镍-钴合金。流量大时，因管径较大，采用无铁芯激磁绕组，通以定常直流电流产生一个近似均匀的磁场。管道两侧装有两个电极，用以测量流体横越磁场时所感生的电动势。感应式电磁流量计通常用以测量高温或对电极有强烈腐蚀的流体的流量。磁场由交流激磁线圈产生，流体通过感应线圈内部时产生的感应电动势也直接由感应线圈测得，因此不需电极。感应式电磁流量计的机械结构比直流式简单，但测得信号的处理较为复杂。电磁流量计的管道内没有其他部件 ，密封性好，在核能工业中经常使用，在通常的流体力学实验室中也有应用。 |
