In this paper the evolutionary process of fluid flow regimes of the retained oil displaced by bio-surfactants after water flooding was presented in laboratory test as follows: partial protuberance,growth in length,prolongation to oil silk;fracture of the oil silk,quick retraction to small oil particles;movement to the well bottom after their coalescence to large particles,oil wall.

A model installation of SBD was designed and set for the measurement of fluid flow regimes.
