根据生物质致密燃料燃烧特性、燃烧设备热力特性及作者设计燃烧设备实践与经验,提出了生物质致密燃料燃烧设备主要设计参数,在特制生物质致密燃料燃烧设备上,采用工业锅炉节能监测方法(GB/T 15317—1994)、工业锅炉热工性能试验规程(GB 10180—2003)、锅炉大气污染物排放标准(GB 13271—2001)和锅炉烟尘测试方法(GB 5468—91),按4种工况试验确定出单层炉排和双层炉排生物质致密燃料燃烧设备主要设计参数,从而为生物质致密燃料燃烧设备设计及技术改造提供科学依据。

On the basis of the monitoring and testing method for energy saving of industrial boilers(GB/T15317-1994),the thermal performance test code for industrial boilers(GB 10180-2003) and the emission standard of air pollutants for boilers(GB 13271-2001),the heating power parameters of a biomass briquette combustion equipment under eight different working modes were investigated.
本文采用工业锅炉节能监测方法GB/T15317-1994、工业锅炉热工性能试验规程GB10180-2003和锅炉大气污染物排放标准GB 13271-2001,在特制生物质致密燃料燃烧设备上,按8种工况试验测定了生物质成型燃料燃烧设备的热力特性参数,从而为生物质致密燃料燃烧设备设计及技术改造提供一定科学依据。
