肤胀   病名。阳气不足,寒气留于皮肤而见肿胀之证。主证全身肿胀,腹大,皮厚。《灵枢·水胀》:“肤胀者,寒气客于皮肤之间,(鼓^空)(鼓^空)然不坚,腹大,身尽肿,皮厚,按其腹窅而不起,腹色不变,此其候也。”《医醇剩义》谓因宗气失守,虚气无归,寒气流窜周身皮肤,故见腹大身肿皮厚。治宜扶正祛寒,理气化浊,用祛寒建中汤等方。参见风水条。
