| 振动测量 vibration measurement 在现场或实验室对振动系统的实物或模型进行响应测量、 动态特性参数测定以及载荷识别。其中响应测量包括位移、速度、加速度、应变、应力等；动态特性参数测定包括各阶模态频率、模态阻尼、系统频率响应或脉冲响应等；载荷识别或振动环境描述包括脉冲载荷或随机载荷、湍流谱、道路谱、海浪谱、地震谱等。振动测量得到的大量原始数据必须经过各种处理，才能作为工程设计的计算依据。测试的原始记录是物理量的时间历程，通过直观分析可将数据分为瞬态的、周期的、随机的3种，然后在时域、频域和幅域中进行统计分析、相关分析和谱分析等，从而得到表征响应特征的各种信息。振动测量是从航空航天部门发展起来的，在动力机械、交通运输、建筑等工业部门及环境保护、劳动保护等方面也显示出其重要作用。振动测量的设备包括：①激振设备。分为激振器和振动台两类，目前已采用带振动控制仪的激振设备 ，它可按要求的波形或谱形激振。② 测振设备。有测力、测运动和测阻抗等3种传感器。③分析设备。为滤波器，可以起抗干扰、去噪声、提取有用信号等作用。 |
