  bi。)Tlian Luoshi Yingdu shi四nfo表面洛氏硬度试验法(testing meth记fo:Rock-wen supe币cialhi”diless)它的原理与洛氏硬度试验法相同,只是预负荷F0为29.4N,总负荷F为147N、294N、441N,深度差每1卿为一个表面洛氏硬度单位。它的标尺也有巧种,但常用的只有巧N、扔N、45N和巧T、30T、45T6种。前面的数字表示总负荷(以呵为单位的力值),后面的N表示压头为金刚石圆锥体,T表示压头为直径1.588Inm的钢球。例如,刃闭解SN就表示用金刚石圆锥体在45呵(即44lN)总负荷时获得的表面洛氏硬度值为50。表面洛氏硬度试验方法适用于氮化、氛化、渗碳零件及薄试件表面硬度的测定。例如:巧N、3ON、45N标尺可用于硬质合金、氮化钢、渗碳钢、表面淬火钢、薄钢板、刀具及零件边缘部分和表面部分等,而巧T、30T、45T标尺可用于软钢、黄铜、青铜、铝合金等薄板。(施昌彦)
