病名。 指因两侧副中肾管融合不良，其中一侧有闭锁，而形成经血潴留和包块的一组综合征。由 于在胚胎发育过程中，受某些内、外因素的干扰，两侧副中肾管发育不对称或完全未融合， 或完全融合而中隔未消失并一侧闭锁而发生本征。本征有以下几种表现：一侧形成单角子宫 ，另一侧形成残角子宫；双子宫、双宫颈，或伴双阴道，并一侧闭锁；纵隔子宫或伴阴道纵 隔，并一侧闭锁。临床表现可见痛经，经血潴留形成包块，阴道、子宫、输卵管积血，积血 可进入腹腔，输卵管也可发生闭锁；因包块渐大，可出现压迫症状，如尿频、尿潴留、便秘 、排便困难等；阴道畸形可出现性交困难。病理检查见囊性包块内充满血液。经明确诊断之 后，应根据畸形的不同情况，进行手术治疗。阴道纵隔、双阴道者术后可解除性生活困难。
