补充资料:过盈配合联接
      靠两被联接件间的过盈配合构成的联接(见图),常用于轴与带毂零件的联接。这种联接分为圆柱面过盈配合联接和圆锥面过盈配合联接两种。圆柱面过盈配合联接在装配后,轴被压细,孔被胀大,配合表面间产生很大的径向压力。工作时靠相伴而生的摩擦力来传递扭矩和轴向力。联接所能产生的最大摩擦力(或力矩)称为固持力。固持力的大小与零件的材料、尺寸过盈量、结构型式、制造、装配工艺和工作条件等有关。对于高速回转下的联接和工作温度与装配温度相差过大的联接,其固持力都会因过盈量减少而减弱。选择配合时,既要使联接有足够的固持力以保证在载荷作用下不发生相对滑动,又要使零件在装配应力下和再受工作应力时不损坏或产生过大的塑性变形。这种联接的装配通常用压入法,也可用加热带毂零件或冷却轴的温差法。用温差法所得到的固持力较高,并可避免用压入法时易擦伤配合表面而影响实际过盈量和配合精度的问题。采用在配合面间注入高压油的装拆法装配时,联接固持力大,并能防止配合表面擦伤。圆柱面过盈配合联接可以是不可拆的,也可以是可拆的。它具有构造简单、轴与毂孔的定心性好、承载能力高和在振动下工作可靠等优点,但对配合尺寸的精度要求较高。圆锥面配合联接是利用轴与毂孔间微量的相对轴向位移构成过盈配合,装拆方便,当锥度小而采用注油装拆法时,还能得到更大的固持力。
