本文结合重庆市工程建设标准化工作现状,简要介绍了工程建设标准化工作取得的成绩,分析了工程建设标准化工作存在的主要困难和问题,并根据先进省市的工作经验,提出了重庆市工程建设标准化工作的发展对策。

g，心C陌ng iianshe bicozhun工程建设标准(e峪neerillgconstI’uction stan-山找卜)对各种建设工程的勘察、设计、施工、安装、脸收等技术要求和方法需要协调统一的事项所制定的标准。工程建设包括铁路、公路、水利、电力、石油、煤炭、化工、冶金、矿山、城市建设、人防设施等建设工程以及与其有关的安全、卫生、环境保护等各个方面。工程建设标准是以科技成果和施工中的实践经验为基础，经调查、研究、编制，有关部门协商，报主管部门审查、批准并发布的法定技术准则。包括工程术语，工程符号，制图，工程建设模数制、单位制等基础标准;设计施工中的门窗、管道、钢筋混凝土制品等产品标准;检脸、试验、抽样、计算、测试及施工方法标准;防火、防姆、安全操作、污染物排放等保护人身和工程安全、卫生、环境保护和环境质量标准;以及工程地质勘察、工程测量技术和施工验收规范等。 工程建设标准的特点是技术内容涉及面广，综合性强。在一个专业规范的设计、施工、验收内容中，常常还包含有工程材料、设计计算方法以及构造、作业等方面的内容和要求。工程建设的质t、安全、卫生标准及国家需要控制的其他工程建设标准属于强制性标准，其他标准为推荐性标准。(李玉恩)
