材料: 鸡腿肉两大只,腰果50粒。

调料: 红辣椒一只,花椒粒少许,淀粉、米醋、绍酒各一小匙,水、色拉油各三大匙,精盐、味精、胡椒粉、芝麻油各半小匙,白糖一中匙,酱油两大匙。

做法: ①鸡肉切成丁状,放入酱油一大匙、白糖、米醋、芝麻油腌20分钟。

②将三大匙色拉油放入深盘,高火3分钟后加入淀粉、水、精盐、味精、胡椒粉、绍酒、酱油、腰果,高火2分钟。

③再加入腌好的鸡丁、红辣椒丝、花椒,拌匀后高火5分钟即可。
