材料: 明虾六只,面粉两大匙,三花奶水1/3罐,玉米粒半罐,洋葱半个,丽斯饼干若干。

调料: 色拉油三大匙,精盐、味精、蒜末各少许。

做法: ①色拉油加热沸腾后倒入面粉,急速拌匀调成糊状。

②用沸腾开水将面糊煮成稠浓状,慢慢搅拌均匀,再加入三花奶水及丽斯饼干煮成面酱。

③玉米粒、洋葱末、蒜末炒过后一起倒入面酱内,再加入精盐、味精混合均匀待用。

④明虾去头须,从虾背对开,不可切。

⑤从对虾对开处,徐徐注入面酱。

⑥罩上微波薄膜,高火3分钟即可。
