[分析风险]风险识别的第二步是，在认知风险的基础上，分析考察各种风险事件存在和可能发生的原因并同时考察潜在风险的状况。风险事件的原因和对潜在风险的分析，主要指对风险清单的分析和对潜在风险威胁的分析。分析风险事件原因的最基本、最常用的方法即是制作并分析风险清单，也就是采用类似于备忘录的形式，将单位、家庭和个人所面临的各种风险一一列举，并联系商品的生产经营活动及资金的借贷、经营活动对这些风险进行综合考察。这样，风险管理人员就可在此基础_仁对风险的性质及其可能产生的损失作出合理的判断，并研究采取何种对策来防止风险的发生C. 美国风险管理与保险协会于1977年制定了一份比较规范的风险损失清单模型，其具体内容是:第一，直接损失。它又分为两种，一种是无法控制和无法预测的损失(包括各种自然灾害和环境事故所引起的损失);另一种是可以控制和可以预测的损失(包括营业范围内各种事故所引起的损失)。第二，间接损失(环境变化或管理问题所引起的经营障碍)。第三，责任损失。它包括公众责任、雇主责任、产品责任和职业责任等。金融风险损失清单模型亦可照此制定。 风险清单的格式必须包括单位、家庭、个人(指金融资产)的全部资产，即有形资产与无形资产，还必须列具他们活动所处的自然、经济、政治和社会环境。其作用在于帮助单位、家庭、个人在生产经营、资金借贷与经营过程中及时了解并发现自己所面临的各种风险，并确定对风险采用何种处置方案。由于风险清单一般只能列举和显示各种已存在的风险，往往容易使人忽视对潜在风险的研究，因此，在分析风险清单的同时，应时刻密切注意其他潜在风险的威胁。 对潜在风险威胁分析即指编制单位某一特定经营活动，家庭与个人的资金借贷和经营活动构成威胁的事故一览表，通过对单位、家庭、个人的经营活动和所处环境的全面调查，发现即将影响他们正常生产经营商品、借贷经营资金的各种潜在威胁因素，从而最终发现并找到潜在风险，完成风险的识别过程。
