Based on the research of TGIS and the advantages of existing spatio-temporal database model,this paper proposes a design of a spatiotemporal cadastral database which is divided into historical database and alterative database.

Based on knowledge and rules,this paper brings forward a new quality inspection method for cadastral data quality.
