【机关团体存款统计】它是对机关团体单位在银行存款的统计。机关团体存款由两部分组成:1.预算资金存款。主要是财政机关或上级单位拨人的行政事业经费。这些经费均采用上拨下用的方式，因此经常在银行有一定数量的存款余额。2.一般资金存款。包括预算单位所属的伙食单位、幼儿园、招待所等的存款，差额补助单位自收自支的事业单位的业务收人，党、团、工会费等存款，预算单位的预算外收人等。国家对机关团体存款利息计算有如下规定:凡是属于财政拨款的或实行差额补助的一律不计息，其附属单位实行独立经济核算有业务收人单位的存款(如食堂、幼儿园、职工医院等)可以计付利息;党、团、工会会费存款计付利息。
