Considering the measurement of diameter of box tire, a new measurement method called three points measurement which can measure the diameter and the center location synchronously is put forward.

On the basis of the optimal design of sucker-rod pumping and swabbing parameters,the method to choose the electromotor series and the diameter of belt pulley for enhancing the system efficiency is presented after the stroke and frequency are regulated.
