先将菠萝刨去皮,“起”出菠萝“钉”,然后洗净,切粒,并放进开稀的盐水内稍浸,随即取出,放碟子中,再放进冰箱内冷冻。

沙糖与清水放锅内混和,同煮至精溶水滚时,即可原锅取离炉火,倒入大碗内,待稍凉,即放进冰箱内冷藏,数小时后,取出冰冻的菠萝粒混和糖水,即成菠萝冰。
