氧浓度
oxygen concentration

  氧气在空气中所占的百分比,一般为20.95%。鼻导管给氧时,氧流量与吸入氧浓度的关系为:吸入氧浓度=21+4×氧流量(L/min)。衡量供氧浓度合适与否最好方法是测量PaO2,使其维持在8~10.6kPa,不能进行血气测定时,则以青紫是否消失来调节,应避免长时间吸入100%纯氧,以防发生肺损伤。
