In this paper,the method that checks loop in PERT chart through the associated matrix has been simplified.

Different methods were applied for single goal and multi-goal evaluation, such as the PERT method, SA method, comprehensive evaluation and linear comprehensive evaluation method.

The auditing workflow engine is developed based on the research of PERT diagram with threshold, a light runtime and configuration tool is provided for the auditing controlling in some information systems.
