项强 项强   证名。颈项部肌肉筋脉牵强拘急。出《素问·至真要大论》。亦称颈项强急。因风寒湿邪侵袭太阳经脉,或感受暑温,或津血耗损、筋脉失养所致。见于伤寒、暑温、中风、痉病等。《伤寒括要·项强》:“太阳项强,无汗,脉浮紧,麻黄汤;有汗,脉浮缓,桂枝汤;痉症独摇头,卒口噤,项强,小续命汤;结胸项强,如柔痉状,下之则和,大陷胸丸。”又有因刀伤感染风邪而致者;因挫闪、久坐、失枕而致项强不可转移者,详见有关各条。本证见于脑炎、脑血管意外,项肌痉挛等疾患。参见项强、颈项强痛条。
