肠系膜囊肿
mesenteric cyst
在小儿并不常见。囊肿多生长于空肠或回肠系膜，偶有生长于结肠系膜者。囊肿发展到较大体积时才有症状，表现为腹部逐渐膨胀，继而因囊肿重量牵拉肠系膜引起腹痛，间或伴有呕吐，可出现肠梗阻症状。X线平片可见界限清楚的圆形阴影位于腹腔前方，并使肠管移位。治疗应手术切除囊肿。
