风廓

风廓   眼的八廓名称之一。属用自然界之物质现象命名的廓名。见《银海精微》。又名巽廓、巽风廓、养化廓。   ①《审视瑶函》:以(气)轮上血脉丝络为凭,“巽位东南,络通中焦之腑,脏配心胞”。   ②《医宗金鉴·眼科心法要诀》:风廓即风轮也,风轮属肝,肝与胆为表里,故轮主脏为肝痛,廓主腑为胆病。   ③清·黄庭镜《目经大成》卷一认为:“巽为金井(瞳神),经引髓海,络连肝膈”。   ④《张氏医通》卷八认为:肝之府为风廓,有名无位。   ⑤陈达夫《中医眼科六经法要》认为此廓位于白睛鼻上方,属胆。由于风廓的脏腑隶属有不同的学说,故在临床中应结合全身情况辨证施治。
