防守愈识(sense of defenee)在体育运动的攻防项目中，运动员在防守时所表现出的自觉、主动的心理活动。它是以过去的经验为基础，通过现场情况的联想，使防守活动得以正确完成的心理条件，其主要特点是:(l)目的性。明确有防守才有进攻，树立积极防守思想，有强烈的防守要求与愿望。(2)预感性。对对手的特点、行动意图、战机变化等方面有预见能力并提前采取有效行为。(3)时空感。在时、空因素上能正确处理对手、器械、本方三者的关系，抢占合理位置，构成防守动作的合理性以控制对手。(4)对抗感。在大量的对抗中促使对手失误以保持防守动作的主动性。(5)自控性。心理状态始终积极稳定，不因偶然失利而变化。 (刘淑慈撰马启伟审)
