Following all the animals were vaccinated with the LaSota live vaccine against Newcastle disease virus(NDV),three different doses(4,2,1 mg·kg-1)of sodium new houtluyfonate(SNH)were hypodermic injected in the first three groups respectively to evaluate the adjuvant effects of SNH on the vaccine,while the 4th group was only injected with normal saline water as control.
