Objective:The enhancing effect of serum with Bu Shen Decoction (BS) on cultured PC12 cells proliferation and its antagonistic action on neurotoxicity induced by glutamate (Glu) were investigated with serum pharmacology method of the traditional Chinese medicine in vitro.
