Using the stolon of the Paris polyphylla as the experimental material, the extraction ratio of steroidal saponin has been studied with the orthogonal test of L_ 16 (4~ 5 ), in which the 4 factors are extraction time, ethanol concentration, ultrasonic time and the ratio for the mass of raw material drug to the volume of ethanol, and then the optimized extraction has been obtained.
以滇重楼的根茎为实验材料,重楼甾体总皂甙的提取率为评价指标,运用L16(45)正交试验,考察了皂甙浸出过程中的浸泡时间、乙醇浓度、超声剂量、粗粉质量与浸泡用乙醇体积之比4个因素在4个水平下的工艺过程,筛选出了最佳提取工艺。

【性状】
本品呈结节状扁圆柱形,略弯曲,长5~12cm,直径1.0~4.5cm。表面黄 棕色或灰棕色,外皮脱落处呈白色;密具层状凸起的粗环纹,一面结节明显,结节上具 椭圆形凹陷茎痕,另一面有疏生的须根或疣状须根痕。顶端具鳞叶及茎的残基。质坚实, 断面平坦,白色至浅棕色,粉性或角质。无臭,味微苦、麻。
【鉴别】
(1) 本品粉末白色。淀粉粒甚多,类圆形、长椭圆形或肾形,直径 3~ 18μm 。草酸钙针晶成束或散在,长80~250μm。梯纹及网纹导管直径10~25μm 。 (2) 取本品细粉0.5g,加水3ml ,浸渍10分钟后,剧烈振摇,发生持久性泡沫。 (3) 取本品粗粉2g,加乙醚20ml,置水浴上回流10分钟,滤过。滤液分为二份,挥干, 一份加醋酐1ml 使溶解,加硫酸2 滴,显黄色,渐变红色、紫色、青色、污绿色;另一份 加冰醋酸1ml 使溶解,加乙酰氯5 滴与氯化锌少量,稍加热,显淡红色或紫红色。
【炮制】
除去杂质,洗净,润透,切薄片,晒干。
【性味与归经】
苦,微寒;有小毒。归肝经。
【功能与主治】
清热解毒,消肿止痛,凉肝定惊。用于疔疮痈肿,咽喉肿痛,毒 蛇咬伤,跌扑伤痛,惊风抽搐。
【用法与用量】
3~9g。外用适量,研末调敷。
【贮藏】
置阴凉干燥处,防蛀。
