PURPOSE: To study the histochemical alteration of oral lichen planus, discoid lupus erythematosus and chronic hyperplastic candidiasis, to investigate the expression of immunoglobulins and complement in tissues of these oral mucosal diseases.
目的:研究口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)、盘状红斑狼疮(DLE)和慢性增殖型念珠菌病(CHC)的组织化学改变,探讨免疫球蛋白(Ig)和补体(C)在这几种口腔粘膜白色病变中的表达。

呼吸道念珠菌病
由念珠菌引起的呼吸道疾病的统称。当机体患严重细菌感染、病毒感染、免疫系统疾病、慢性消耗性疾病等机体抵抗力低下；长期应用免疫抑制剂、肾上腺皮质激素、广谱抗生素，放疗等引起免疫抑制或／和菌群失调时，念珠菌从口腔直接蔓延或通过血行传播至呼吸道，引起继发感染(很少原发感染）。表现为慢性支气管炎、肺炎或空洞形成类似结核。主要症状有咳嗽、低热和气急。X线胸片无特异性。采用抗真菌治疗，给予克霉唑等药物，并对症处理。
