The gp27 gene of 720 bp was amplified by RT-PCR method from SPF chicken and Chicken Embyo Fibroblast (CEF) which were infected with Rous sarcoma virus (RSV), and the gp27 gene was cloned into a plasmid veetor pUC19, the recombined plasmid were analyzed by restriction enzyme digestion and sequence analysis, the result showed that the cloning gene was the full-length target gene which has a 97.
以RT PCR方法从人工感染禽劳斯肉瘤病毒 (Roussarcomavirus ,RSV )SR RSV的SPF雏鸡体内及SPF鸡胚成纤维细胞 (CEF)培养物中分别扩增出 72 0bp的 gp2 7片段 ,将RT PCR产物重组到质粒载体 pUC19中 ,并对重组质粒进行酶切分析及序列测定。

为猫科动物猫的肉。
【动物形态】
猫(《诗经》)，又名：猫狸(《肘后方》)，家狸(《唐本草》)，乌圆(《格古要论》)。 体长约60厘米，尾有长短之别。头部及颜面略圆。上唇中央2裂，口周列生20～30根长的刚毛。耳短小，能自由转动。眼大，瞳孔在强光下缩成线状，黑暗中扩大成圆形。舌面粗糙，有许多向后的扁平的乳头突，适于舐取骨上附肉。躯体较长，四肢较短，趾行性，前肢5趾，后肢4趾，具有能伸缩的锐爪，趾底有柔软的肉垫。全身被软毛，毛色不一，有黄、黑、白、灰褐等色及狸斑。 性较柔顺，善跳跃及攀援。视觉、听觉灵敏。喜捕鼠类，有时亦食蛙、蛇等。全国大部分地区有饲养。 本动物的皮毛(猫皮毛)、头或头骨(猫头)、肝(猫肝)、胎盘(猫胞衣)、脂肪油(猫油)亦供药用，各详专条。

甘酸、温。 ①《纲目》："甘酸，温，无毒。" ②《医林纂要》："酸甘，平。" ③《四川中药志》："性温，味甘酸咸，无毒。"
【归经】
《本草求真》："入肝、肾。"
【功用主治】
治虚劳，风湿痹痛，瘰疬，恶疮，烫伤。 ①《纲目》："治劳疰，鼠瘘。" ②《本草求真》："补血，治痨疰，又治瘰疬。" ③《四川中药志》："治风湿痹痛，散瘰疬结核，补虚劳，消虫胀，疗汤火伤。"
【用法与用量】
内服：煮食或煅存性研末。外用：烧灰研末敷。
【宜忌】
《本经逢原》："助湿发毒，有湿毒人忌之。"
【选方】
①治瘰疬有核、脓血出者：猫狸一物，料理作羹如食法，空心进之。(《补缺肘后方》) ②治血小板减少性紫癜：猫肉适量，煮熟连汤随意吃。(《江苏省中草药新医疗法资料选编》)
