天钓 天钓 病证名。宋·杨士瀛《仁斋小儿方论》作“天瘹”。又名天钓惊风、天吊惊风。即婴幼儿高热、抽搐证，属于惊风的范围。《幼幼近编》：“天钓属心肺积热所致。其证涎潮搐搦，项强痰鸣，双眸翻上，爪甲色青。”发作时，头向后仰，眼目上翻，壮热惊悸，手足抽掣，甚则爪甲青紫。多因内有痰热郁滞，外挟风邪所致。治宜疏风清热，祛痰熄风。治宜先服礞石滚痰丸，去其积热与痰；再用羚角钩藤汤或钩藤饮加减。热退风熄，再根据病情，随证施治。
