Objective To analyze the effects of percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty (PBMV) on the immediate clinical and hemodynamic variables in patients with mitral stenosis (MS) combined with atrial fibrillation (AF).

二尖瓣
bicuspid valve
心脏左房室口，口径略小，周围的纤维环上附有二片略呈三角形的瓣膜，故称二尖瓣。瓣膜的游离缘借腱索，乳头肌和肉柱等与左心室肌相连。当心室收缩时，二尖瓣关闭，阻止血液流回左心房；当左心室舒张时，二尖瓣开放，血液从左心房流入左心室。二尖瓣口狭窄和瓣膜关闭不全时，则可引起血流动力学的改变。
