目的研究掌跖脓疱病(pustulosis palmaris et plantaris,PPP)、寻常型银屑病(psoriasis vulgaris,PV)、泛发性脓疱型银屑病(generalized pustular psoriasis,GPP)、连续性肢端皮炎(acrodermatitis continua,AC)患者的外周血单个核细胞(peripheral blood mononuclear cells,PBMC)对白介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2)或链球菌粉干制剂OK-432的增殖反应,探讨几种疾病的关系。

| 脓疱病 impetigo 由金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌或二者混合引起的感染。俗称黄水疱。有浅在性脓疱及脓痂，好发于口周、鼻周接触传染，多见于学龄前儿童。治疗时局部清洗、去痂，外涂利凡诺膏或抗生素膏，广泛皮损可给抗生素。注意预防，做好个人清洁卫生，及时治疗痱子、湿疹及其他瘙痒性皮肤病。 |
