After selecting by four grades, two strains, which were suited to fermenting Ya pear wine, were got, named GY1 and GY2, the former from Ya pears and the latter from Mihou peachs.
本研究利用豆芽汁琼脂培养基，以市售各种水果及果皮为分离源，从中共分离得到195株酵母菌，经过四级筛选，获得两株适宜鸭梨酒酿造的酵母菌，编号为GY_1和GY_2，其中GY_1来自于鸭梨果皮，GY_2来自猕猴桃的自然发酵醪。
