促凝血酶原激酶 thromboplastin
是与血液凝固的第一阶段有关的血液凝固因子,也称第ⅲ因子。当初发现时称为凝血酶原激酶。通常根据其凝血机制的不同分为二类,一类称为组织促凝血酶原激酶,是一种存在于组织液中的脂蛋白,当血管壁发生障碍时,便和血液混合,与血浆中第ⅶ因子一起,促进外因性凝固作用。另一种为血液促凝血酶原激酶,推断它是在内因性血液凝固过程中形成的。这两种酶都具有把凝血酶原转变成有活性的凝血酶的作用。
