性质： 又称免疫黏附，免疫黏着。反映补体裂解断片C3b生物学之功能的一种免疫学现象。C3是补体系统的固有成分之一，是一种由两条肽链（α链和β链）经二硫键连接而成的蛋白质。在补体系统活化过程中，C3被裂解成两个具有不同生物活性的片断，其中分子质量较大的片断是C3b。刚裂解产生的C3b存在二个与免疫复合物中靶细胞（病原微生物）及其他细胞的结合部位。一个是不稳定的结合部位，必需迅速与细胞结合，否则迅速失活；另一个是稳定的结合部位，能与补体受体C3bR结合，人和哺乳动物红细胞，血小板表面存在大量的C3b受体。抗质（病原微生物）与抗体形成免疫复合物激活补体之后，可通过C3b而黏附到表面有C3b受体的红细胞、血小板上，形成较大的聚合物，然后被吞噬细胞吞噬，这种现象被称为免疫粘连。因此免疫粘连是有利于机体清除病原体的一种防御机制之一，同时在一些免疫性疾病和自身疫病的发病机制中也可能起重要作用。
