胃弱恶阻 胃弱恶阻 病名。恶阻证型之一。多因妇女平素脾胃虚弱，孕后冲脉气盛，使胃失和降而上逆所致。症见脘闷腹胀，呕吐不食，或食入即吐，或呕吐清涎，神疲思睡，倦怠乏力，治宜健脾和胃，降逆止呕。方用六君子汤加枇杷叶、藿香、旋覆花、砂仁、枳壳。
