1、遵守铸造设备通用操作规程。
2、工作前检查伐门手柄是否处于静止的位置。
3、拧开压缩空气冲伐,然后进行试车;试车时,伐门开得小一点,冲锤不要空打在设备上。确认一切正常后,方可进行生产。
4、工作时,把需要冲击的部位正放在冲头下面,不要歪斜,以免发生人身事故。
5、操作冲头伐门时不要使冲头一冲到底,要往返冲击几次。
6、工作后,要把伐门手柄放在静止的位置上,然后关闭总伐。
