主料

九孔(即鲜鲍鱼仔)6-8只、鲜带子6-8只、蒜蓉2-3汤匙、葱粒适量

配料

姜汁1/4茶匙、胡椒粉少许

做法

1、鲜带子开出,弃去半边壳,剔肠脏,冲洗净,抹干,并洒上少许胡椒粉,排放上碟,待用。

2、九孔起肉后,去肠脏,擦洗净,抹干,并划上小格仔纹,放入调味料拌匀,分别排放鲜带子面,洒适量蒜蓉,留用。

3、将处理好的上项材料,以文火隔水蒸6-8分钟至熟,取出,泌出蒸汁料,并洒上葱粒,随即浇上适量滚油和生抽,趁热上桌供食。
