ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic efficacy on chronic severe hepatitis B (CSH) patients of Yanghuang and Yinhuang syndrome type by principles of cooling-blood and detoxicating combined with clearing-heat and resolving dampness (PA) or with strengthening-Pi and warming-yang (PB), respectively.
目的观察凉血解毒、清热化湿法(简称清热化湿法)和凉血解毒、健脾温阳法(简称健脾温阳法)治疗慢性重型肝炎阴阳黄证的初步疗效,为黄疸的中医治疗提供思路。

阳损及阴 阳损及阴 病因病理学术语。由于阳气不足而导致阴精代生不足的病机。如水肿、腰酸、膝冷等肾阳虚的证候，发展日久，阳气不能温煦，气化失职，导致阴精的产生和摄取不足，出现烦躁、咽干、喉痛、齿龈出血、耳鸣、盗汗、颧红、潮热等肾阴不足的证候。治宜阴阳双补，以补阳为主。
