本研究以BMP15基因和GDF9基因为候选基因,在策勒黑羊和多浪羊上检测BMP15基因四个突变位点:FecXG、FecXB、FecXI、FecXH以及GDF9基因突变位点FecGH,同时也对湖羊、小尾寒羊及新疆细毛羊(单胎品系)进行了检测,结果表明:策勒黑羊,多浪羊上都没有BMP15基因和GDF9基因突变,策勒黑羊和多浪羊的多胎机制与BMP15基因和GDF9基因无关。

奥地利女钢琴家。1929年 6月20日生于维也纳。曾在萨尔茨堡莫扎特音乐馆、维也纳和日内瓦音乐学院学习，后又在巴黎音乐学院从M.隆深造。她在1952、1953年的日内瓦钢琴比赛和1954年慕尼黑国际钢琴比赛中名列前茅，1958年获唱片大奖，1964年获萨尔茨堡音乐节演奏奖，1971年获莫扎特奖章。1954年以后在欧洲各大城市巡回演奏，并到美国、苏联、日本、澳大利亚等国旅行演出。她录制了很多唱片，特别是录制了W.A.莫扎特的全部钢琴协奏曲、钢琴奏鸣曲和F.舒伯特的全部钢琴奏鸣曲，赢得了维也纳古典乐派作品的杰出演奏家的声誉。她的演奏特点是：线条匀称，颗粒般的走句，温暖、亲切的表情，富有维也纳乐派的气质。在演奏室内乐和协奏曲中，与其他乐器的"对话"非常敏感，协奏曲中的华彩段常常是她自己写的。
