中国刻印最早的丛书。宋度宗咸淳九年(1273)左圭辑刊。书名取于汉代学者扬雄《扬子法言》："百川学海而至于海"。该书分甲、乙、丙、丁、戊、已、庚、辛、壬、癸10集，计100种、177卷。后由明代吴永续之，凡30集，至冯可宾又扩充10集。所收多系唐宋文人野史杂说之属。《百川学海》虽然成书晚于《儒学警悟》70余年，但因其流传较为广泛,影响远远超过《儒学警悟》。
