Based on the data of 226 office-build-ing projects developed in Xian since the 1990s aswell as 2496 service/business work-units found inthe National Census of Basic Economic Work-unitsin 2001-2002, this paper analyzes the dynamics ofthe business activities which mainly involve manu-facture-oriented service and their space distribution.
以1990年代以来西安市开发新建的226个商务办公楼宇项目以及第二次基本单位普查资料中2496个经济活动单位为主要样本,对以生产性服务业为主体的现代商务活动在西安市的发展状况及其空间动态进行了分析。

中国私营电影制片机构。成立于1917年春。最初是商务印书馆业务科的一个部门。由印刷所照像部负责拍摄工作。以传播资产阶级文化和中国民族资产阶级的教育观点为制片方针。主要摄制"风景"、"时事"、"教育"、"新剧"、"古剧" 5大类短片。教育片如《盲童教育》、《技击大观》、《养真幼稚园》，风景片如《长江名胜》、《浙江潮》、《南京名胜》,时事片如《第五次远东运动会》等。内容比较严肃,在一定程度上产生了资产阶级启蒙主义的教育效果。1920年出品的"古剧"片《春香闹学》、《天女散花》记录了梅兰芳的早期表演艺术。"新剧"片如《死好赌》、《柴房女》、《猛回头》、《得头彩》等多以滑稽打闹、宣扬封建道德的"警世"内容为主。从1920年起，逐步扩大技术设备。自建摄影棚，制定摄制组织机构和规章制度，并经营发行放映，租售影片器材、代制影片等业务。在中国最早实行自制自销的电影经营方式。经商务印书馆董事会几次开会，于1926年改组为国光影片公司。仅拍摄了《上海花》、《不如归》等5部影片后，由于营业亏损，于1927年3月停办(见彩图）。
